All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all wig sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
Shipping
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
- Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Order Changes
Order changes are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order will begin processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
