All wigs are handcrafted with care. Because each unit is handmade, slight variations in color, density, lace, or styling may occur. Product photos are provided to represent the item as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your device's screen settings.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
• Your order is subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments

Payment is required in full before any order is processed. Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully received.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product and current order volume. Estimated processing times are provided on each product listing.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. WigzbyAshley is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products:

• All sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
